Author Guidelines

Rules for authors

1. The article should have a certain novelty, be of interest to a wide range of readers of the journal, and meet the requirements for scientific publications.

2. 2. The submitted materials should be original, not previously published in the same form in other printed and electronic publications.

3. The article is submitted to the Editorial Office in electronic and printed form in Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman font, font size - 14 pt, line spacing - 1.5 lines.

Fields: left - 2.5 cm; right - 1.5 cm; top - 2 cm; bottom - 2 cm.

The paper version of the article should correspond to the paper version of the article submitted electronically. If discrepancies are found, the Editorial Board will be guided by the electronic version of the article.

4. The materials for publication in electronic form should contain 3 files:

- 1st file: the text of the article in Russian with the following structure:

a) on the first page in the upper right corner (before the title) it is necessary to specify the author's full name, academic degree, academic rank;

b) title of the article;

c) the abstract - at least 150 words - should include:

- subject of study;

- research method or methodology;

- scientific novelty and conclusions;

d) key words - not less than 15 words;

e) the text of literature at the end of the article in alphabetical order by the authors' names;

- 2nd file: English text with the following structure:

a) on the first page in the upper right corner (before the title) it is necessary to indicate the author's full name, academic degree, academic rank;

b) title of the article;

c) the abstract, that is at least 150 words - should include:

- subject of study;

- research method or methodology;

- scientific novelty and conclusions;

d) key words - not less than 15 words;

- 3rd file: information about the author in the following form in Russian and English: surname, first name, patronymic; academic degree, academic rank; position held; telephone; postal address; e-mail address.

5. The volume of the text of the article should be not less than 12 pages, including tables, graphical material, annotation and list of literature.

6. The article should contain a bibliography (list of literature (other sources) used in the article), the minimum number of sources - not less than. When adding the list of used literature it is necessary to follow the rules of current standards.

6.1 As sources to which the author refers in the article should be used the following:

- Articles from periodicals;

- articles from an ongoing publication (collection of works);

- conference proceedings;

- monographs.

6.2 All sources in the list of literature should be grouped alphabetically by the authors' surnames or first words of the titles of documents.

7. All normative acts should be referred to by mentioning them in the text of the article with the full title and the date of approval without using page footnotes. Only intra-text references to sources are allowed in the article. References are made in the main article text by indicating in square brackets, at the end of the sentence, the serial number of the source from the literature list referred to and, in the case of quotation, the page number of the source cited [3. - Page 5].

8. In the paper version of the article there should be end-to-end page numbering.

9. Tables in the text of the article should have headings; there should be a reference to each table in the text.

10. The illustrations shall have a sequential number and title. When writing formulas, diagrams, charts, block diagrams the font size less than 8 is not allowed.

11. The size of diagrams, diagrams, figures should not exceed 21 cm vertically, 13.5 cm horizontally.

12. The presented articles are sent on the profile of scientific research or on the subject of the considered issue for review by experts-scientists and specialists of the University in this field. Articles accepted for publication, but in need of revision, are sent to make necessary corrections. After finalization of the articles are re-reviewed, after which the editorial board makes a decision on the possibility of publication.

Scientific reports, heard at congresses, conferences; informational messages and announcements are not reviewed.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. This article has not been previously published and has not been submitted for review and publication in another journal (or explained in the Editor's Comments).
  2. The file of the submitted article is presented as an OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF or WordPerfect document.
  3. Full Internet addresses (URLs) for links are provided where possible.

  4. The text is typed in a one-and-a-half line spacing; 14-point font size is used; italics, not underline (except for Internet addresses), is used for highlighting; all illustrations, charts, and tables are located at the appropriate places in the text, not at the end of the document.
  5. The text follows the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Guide for Authors located on the About the Journal page.

  6. If you submit an article to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the requirements of the document are met.

 

Copyright Notice

The authors publishing in this journal agree with the following:

1. The authors retain the copyright to the work and grant the journal the right to publish the work for the first time under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to distribute the work with the obligatory retention of references to the authors of the original work and the original publication in this journal.

2. The authors reserve the right to enter into separate contractual arrangements concerning the non-exclusive distribution of a version of the work in the form published herein (e.g., posting it in the Institute's repository, publication in a book) with reference to its original publication in this journal.

3. Authors have the right to post their work on the internet (e.g., the repository or personal site) before and during the review process by the journal, as this may lead to productive discussion and more references to the work (See The Effect of Open Access).
